The university offers an option for student organisations to finance various activities.

You can apply for the Promotion Fund when you:

<aside> ⏰ You will need to approach the Promotion Fund at least 6 weeks before the activity (or legal registration) takes place if you want to apply for the fund!

The fund can be provided as a guarantee subsidy, under the following conditions:

In the case of legal registration, you must attach a tender from the notary alongside your application form. The subsidy can cover the costs of setting up the intrastructure of your organisation, such as notary fees, Chamber of Commerce registration costs and bank costs. With the amount of €750 the costs of the notarial deed and the registration at the KvK are usually reimbursed.

<aside> ❗ The application form for applying for the Promotion Fund is the same for the subsidy of an activity as subsidy for legal registration of your student organisation.
